Details of Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine

Molecular sieve automatic filling machine is an auxiliary equipment for the production of insulating glass. It is used for filling desiccant in hollow glass aluminum partitions, and is used in conjunction with automatic partition bending machines. Since the formed gasket cannot be filled by conventional methods, we have developed an automatic desiccant filling machine for this gasket. This filling machine can fill not only the curved aluminium frame but also the aluminium partitions of the spindles.

Overhead Structural Machining: Hardening of critical components with high-quality materials and surface coatings ensures reliable and durable components. The aero frame has a premium orange peel finish.
