The desiccant filling machine is an auxiliary machine for making insulating glass units, the following is the main features :

Application: mainly used for drying of petroleum cracking gas, olefine, refinery gas and oil field gas, is chemical, medical medicine, hollow glass and other industrial desiccants.

Technical indicators:

Removal of water: the temperature, pressure and water content of the visual gas. In general, the drying gas at the temperature of 200-350 DEG C is under the pressure of 0.3 0.5Kg/ cm2, the temperature of the outlet is increased to 110-180 DEG C through the molecular sieve bed layer for 3-4 hours, and the cooling is carried out.

Take off the organic matter: replace the organic matter with water vapor, and then remove the water.

Storage: room temperature; relative humidity is not more than 90%; it is not suitable to be directly exposed to air; water, acid and alkali shall be avoided.

The Desiccat Filling Machine can use 0.5 - 0.9mm or 1.0 - 1.5mm molecular sieve material, it is according to customer's needs. The molecular sieve can be in small bags, also can be big barrel. In our desiccant filling machine, we have two types, one is with common barrel, another one is with big barrel to install a big barrel for desiccant material.
