The type of LJTB01 butyl extruder machine is used for spreading aluminum spacer frames evenly with hot melt butyl. LJTB01 butyl extruder machine use large electrical control panel which makes the operation more easier. The conveyor of aluminum is controlled by frequency converter, and the speed can be adjusted from 0m/min to 47m/min, which has the fastest speed in China. LJTB01 butyl extruder machine is very popular with energy-saving. Its squeezing system adopts pneumatic and hydraulic supercharging system, which makes the squeezing pressure more stable. The dispensing cylinder uses vertical rotary support system and it makes the refill of butyl easier. It can prolong the life of squeezing system and set the heating time in 24 hours with electricity and air pressure. The distance of squeezing head can be adjusted automatically according to different aluminum spacer. The LJTB01 butyl extruder machine has reached the worldwide technology with the characteristic of complete function and stable working mode.

6. The surface coating adopts a sealed flexible stainless steel die head, which directly scrapes the coating on the surface of the substrate. The width and thickness of the scraping coating are adjustable; the control accuracy of the scraping coating layer is ensured, and the use is convenient and reliable. 

7. The stocker adopts active control, the tension is automatically adjustable, and no counterweight is needed. 8. The tension of the whole machine adopts segmented low tension control to prevent the substrate from stretching and deformation.

The rubber head

The rubber head of Automatic butyl extruder machine is a floating soft connection, vertical movement, automatic guiding, uniform force around the rubber cylinder and the postion, and overcomes the defects of easy wear of the bottom of the horizontal rubber cylinder.

The Germany Siemens PLC system

The whole machine adopts the Germany Siemens PLC system, handle-machine interface operation, automatic and accurate glue application and multi-speed section adjustment, high production efficiency.

Automatic exhaust function

With the automatic exhaust function, the butyl rubber can be spread evenly when the equipment is glued, and no bubbles will be generated.

Adopt non-stick tape

Non-stick tape is used in the gluing section of the equipment to maintain fast gluing and avoid waste of 30% butyl glue in the gluing process.

Keep stable during the extrusion processing

The whole machine is divided into hydraulic system and gas-liquid system boosting work, ensure that the glue is extruded evenly and the glue is stable during the extrusion processing.
