IG Glass Molecular Sieve Dryer Drilling Filling And Sealing Machine for Insulating glass processing
The automatic desiccant filling machine is a kind of auxiliary equipment for the production of insulating glass. It is intended for filling the dryer on insulating glass aluminum spacers and for use with an automatic spacing bender. Due to the formed gap that cannot be filled by traditional methods, we have therefore developed an automatic dryer filling machine for this type of spacers. The filling machine can not only fill the bent aluminum frame but also can fill aluminum spacer pins.
Air-frame processing:

Molecular sieve 5A has an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5 nm).
It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of fewer than 5 angstroms and exclude larger ones.
It has high selective adsorption and fast adsorption speed.
Typical application:
a) The different sizes of devices O2, H2, CO2, and other PSA gases.
b) Separation of normal paraffin and isoparaffin.
c) Air purification, dehydration, and removal of carbon dioxide.
d) Drying of natural gas, dehydration, and desulfurization.

Regeneration:
1. Moisture removal: depending on the temperature, pressure and water content of the gas.In general,the dry gas at 200-350℃ passes through the molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.3-0.5kg/cm2 for 3-4 hours, bringing the outlet temperature to 110-180℃ and cooling.
2. Removal of organic matter:replace organic matter with water vapor,and then remove water.
