Automatic High Speed Butyl Extruder Machine for Insulating Glass

Butyl extruder machine is used for spreading aluminum spacer frames evenly with hot melt butyl. The butyl  glued on both sides of aluminum frame is the first sealant for insulating glass. The quality of the glue coating decides the quality of insulating glass. High speed butyl extruder machine is a necessary equipment for aluminum-frame type insulated glass production.

High speed butyl extruder machine is controlled by program PLC, can automaticly and exactly finish gluing function, operators only need to support the aluminum frames, others( clamping roller, transfer and etc) are automatic finished by setting program. This equipment is suitable for square, rectangular, shaped, arc and kinds of aluminum frames. Inner diameter of butyl cylinder is 200mm, maximum can load butyl of Φ195 * 250mm (7kg).The cylinder adopts pull-up structuer, convenient to change butyl. 

Transfer unit consists of frequency control motor, belts and belt pulleys. The range of running speed for belt is 5 ~ 47m / min; the height of beam can be adjusted by hand wheels, that locate in the left side of machine( see from the following picture), after adjusting to the properly height, please tighten front and back set screws. Structure of this part is easy to adjust, and can solve

the problem of white line.
