Automatic desiccant filling machine is a kind of auxiliary equipment for the production of insulating glass. It’s for filling desiccant to aluminum spacers of insulating glass and use together with automatic spacer bending machine. Due to the formed spacer cannot be filled by traditional methods, so for this kind of spacers, we developed Automatic desiccant filling machine. The filling machine not only can fill bent aluminum frame, but also can fill pins aluminum spacers.

Air-frame processing:Hardening on the key parts adopt high quality material and surface coating processing to ensure reliable and durable components. Airframe adopt high quality orange-peel finish.

Control system: adopt German Siemens PLC processing control component.

Electric elements: Only imported or top-grade domestic electric elements should be used on the equipment,such as AUTONICS.
