Butyl extruder machine is one of sealants spreading machine, it uses butyl glue, the first sealants to seal the sides of the spacer frames. The glue butyl extruder machine in Lijiang glass has three models, LJTB01, LJTB02 and LJTB03. LJTB01 is the new butyl extruder machine which has the fast speed to coating butyl glue on spacer sides. LJTB02 is the common butyl extruder machine, it is the first one butyl coating machine in automatically. Introduction of full automatic butyl extruder machine  :

Fully automatic butyl extruder machine can line with the insulating glass assembly line to realize fully automatic production, and the whole coating process does not need manual work. This automatic butyl extruder machine consists of pressing wheel system (linear pressing wheel, arc pressing wheel), centering wheel, glue nozzle unit, extrusion unit, transmission unit, rotation mechanism, support mechanism, frame unit, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and control system.

Machine features:

(1) There is the alarm device, it will automatically alarm when there is no glue (there will be a prompt on the touch screen);

(2) Timing heating function, workers can set the start-up time of the equipment in advance, the equipment will automatically start the system heating before the official work quickly.

(3) Automatically adjust the distance between front and back glue nozzles according to the width of aluminum spacer.

(4) The transmission motor is controlled by servo motor, and the transmission speed can reach up to 50m / min.
