Fully automatic butyl coating machine can line with the insulating glass assembly line to realize fully automatic production, Automatic butyl extruder machine consists of pressing wheel system (linear pressing wheel, arc pressing wheel), centering wheel, glue nozzle unit, extrusion unit, transmission unit, rotation mechanism, support mechanism, frame unit, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and control system,the whole coating process does not need manual work.

Main features

(1) Simple, stable and reliable operation, precise coating effect, fast coating speed and high production efficiency.

(2) There is the alarm device, it will automatically alarm when there is no glue (there will be a prompt on the touch screen);

(3) Automatically adjust the distance between front and back glue nozzles according to the width of aluminum spacer.

(4) The transmission motor is controlled by servo motor, and the transmission speed can reach up to 50m / min.

(5) Timing heating function, workers can set the start-up time of the equipment in advance, the equipment will automatically start the system heating before the official work quickly.

(6) Large frame support mechanism, to prevent large-scale aluminum frame from shaking by a wide margin at the corner, resulting in frame deformation.
