1. Product overview and parameters

New butyl extruder machine is a necessary equipment for manufacturing aluminum-frame

type insulated glass, even it is necessary for Vertical insulating glass flat press production

line.The butyl that be glued on the both side of aluminum frame by New butyl extruder machine,

is the first sealant for insulating glass. So the quality of the butyl directly decides the quality of

insulating glass and using life.

1.1 Product overview

The equipment is controlled by program PLC, can automatic and exactly finish gluing function,

operators only need to support the aluminum frames, others( clamping roller, transfer and etc)

are automatic finished by setting program. This equipment is suitable for square, rectangular,

shaped, arc and kinds of aluminum frames. Inner diameter of butyl cylinder is 200mm, maximum

can load butyl of Φ195 * 250mm (7kg).

1.1.1 Structure description

The equipment contains 9 parts, as shown in Picture 1.1: respectively consist of transfer unit 1

, hydraulic system 2, roller system 3( linear pressure roller 1, linear pressure roller2 and arc

pressure roller), Nozzle unit 4 , thickness measurement unit 5], squeezing unit 6 , pneumatic

system 7, control system 8 and rack unit 9.

Transfer unit consists of frequency control motor, belts and belt pulleys. The range of running

speed for belt is 5 ~ 47m / min; the height of beam can be adjusted by hand wheels, that locate

in the left side of machine( see from picture 1.2), after adjusting to the properly height, please

tighten front and back set screws. Structure of this part is simple and can be easily to adjust,it

also has quickly transfer speed, stable and reliable to operate.

In normal conditions, operator can independently finish gluing butyl on the two side of aluminum

frame within the size of 2000 * 2000 mm. When the size is more than 2000 mm, should be done

by two people. Assist operator should be away from the conveyor belt more than 200mm, in order

to avoid the danger of clamping and involving in the belt.

Teflon Belt

Using non-adhesive belt, keep quickly coating speed, saving a lot butyl.

Crossbeam adjustable structure

Crossbeam adjustable structure controls the spreading height.
