Normal butyl machine is with 7kg butyl glue barrel, so workers need to change butyl glue every day or manytimes. However, 200L big butyl glue barrel can save a lot of time for the users.
The butyl extruder machine adopts the non-stick belt, non adhesive synchronous belt is adopted, the alcum powder is not needed for cleaning.
Butyl rubber coater is a special equipment for the production of insulated glass (IG units). As one of the important coating machine of producing double glazing glass, the effect of butyl glue is directly related to the sealing of insulating glass. The equipment is highly automatic, easy to operate and convenient to use.
