The New Butyl Extruder Machine is used for the coating of non flexible spacer bars. The new butyl extruder coating machine consists of three parts: loading spacer section, coating section and out section. The maximum size of the machinable spacer frame is 2500 x 2500mm. First, measure the size of the spacing frame in the input segment, and then apply butyl glue on both sides through vertical movement and rotation. Through PLC control, the amount of butyl rubber can be accurately controlled. 

Introduction :

Fully automatic butyl extruder machine can line with the insulating glass assembly line to realize fully automatic production, and the whole coating process does not need manual work. This automatic butyl extruder machine consists of pressing wheel system (linear pressing wheel, arc pressing wheel), centering wheel, glue nozzle unit, extrusion unit, transmission unit, rotation mechanism, support mechanism, frame unit, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and control system.

Machine features:

(1) There is the alarm device, it will automatically alarm when there is no glue (there will be a prompt on the touch screen);

(2) Timing heating function, workers can set the start-up time of the equipment in advance, the equipment will automatically start the system heating before the official work quickly.

(3) Automatically adjust the distance between front and back glue nozzles according to the width of aluminum spacer.

(4) The transmission motor is controlled by servo motor, and the transmission speed can reach up to 50m / min.

(5) Large frame support mechanism, to prevent large-scale aluminum frame from shaking by a wide margin at the corner, resulting in frame deformation.
