Butyl Extruder Machine LJTB03
We adopt the most advanced technology for the butyl extruder machine; develop with utmost
convenient for operation, which increases the production efficiency. Butyl is the key process in
insulating glass production, only if the butyl sealing is perfect, you can get the perfect insulating
glass. In order to get the proper connection between aluminum frame and glass, precise operation
temperature is required. Arc frame sealing is also required for different shape insulating glass.
Touching screen operation
1) Operation methods
Switch on the power supply to “ON” and the touching screen shows the below page.
Set the right temperature for butyl tank and butyl nozzle
Press the Timing heating in touching screen 【Diagram POD-1】to “ON” heating working status.
The heating indicator is on before the real temperature reached the set value【Diagram POD-2】,
when the heating complete is on, means the heating is completed.
Press the “Automatic start” 【Diagram POD-2】, to start the auto running.
Click the “Automatic start” button in home page【Diagram POD-1】, enter the below page
