Function and feature

Safety rules for machine movement
Please carry the machine with the proper lifting tool to avoid hurt people or machine.
Machines can not be stacked.
Select the proper ground to install the machines according with the weight of the machines.
Please capture the central location of the machines to lift it, to avoid side dumping .
Do not stand under the machine after lifting it to avoid hurting.
Do not run the machine when the machines is damaged or lack some spare parts.
Do not put anything on the machines.
Install the machine even on the ground.

• Extruding sealant must under the condition that the glass edge is smooth and without dislocation of the insulating glass ,there are many sensors on the machine ,it require unrelated persons do not near the machine so as to avoid malfunction and cause damage of the machine or threaten the personal safety .
• It need to open the timing sealant discharge function if it need long time (more than 5 minutes )to extrude sealant to the second glass so as to avoid blocking the mixer
• Check the parameters carefully before extruding sealant ,change the parameter of glass size ,glass thickness etc timely when change the glass batch.
• It need to change the sealant amount if use different sealant as the viscosity maybe different
• When start working ,it need to wait the hydraulic pressure is stable ,then start extruding sealant on the first glass so as to avoid sealant output not stable .
