Wearing parts and equipment damage caused by customer's reasons are not included in the free warranty.
Ⅱ. LIJIANG has the own system for after sale service, which including three parts.
1. After Lijiang equipment arrives at the customer's factory, Lijiang can send engineers to the customer's factory for installation, commissioning and personnel training, free of commission. However, the client shall bear the cost of the engineer's round-trip airfare and accommodation.
2. During the warranty period, if there is a problem with Lijiang equipment, Lijiang will provide timely online technical support as soon as possible. However, if the engineer needs to travel to the customer's factory to repair machinery, the customer should pay for round-trip airfare and lodging. Please note that if the spare parts are damaged due to Lijiang, Lijiang will prepare them in advance (except for wearing parts).
3. If there is a problem with Lijiang equipment beyond the warranty period, Lijiang will provide timely online technical support as soon as possible. However, if the client requests a Lijiang engineer, the client shall bear the engineer's round-trip airfare and accommodation, and the client shall also pay a service commission of $150 per day in Lijiang.
Note: Before Lijiang engineers go to the customer's factory, the customer needs to send the air ticket and hotel information in advance. Lijiang will arrange the engineer's itinerary and maintenance project as soon as possible.
