Overview of  Automatic bendable aluminum spacers machine
Automatic bendable aluminum spacers machine is used to make the different shape and different sizes of frames for pressing inside the Insulated glass by automatically with PLC control. Aluminum bending machine can bend normal aluminum spacers , stainless steel bars (SS) and warm edge spacer bars (plastic bars) by different bending tools. Aluminum spacer width can be from 6mm - 27mm.Spacer bending machine can bend for 8 different shapes, such as circle. 

Main features of Automatic bendable aluminum spacers machine

 
1.  The CNC bending angle control system is adopted, with an adjustable accuracy of 0.1 °.
2. In addition to start stop operation, all operations are completed on the touch screen, and the mobile operation platform is available. Chinese / English or other languages operation interface, easy to operate, natural, easy to understand.
3.There are four automatic storage tanks, which can store 4-6m aluminum strip materials of four specifications.
4.It can set 4 specifications and 32 sizes (8 for each specification) of the original glass sheet size data. The bending machine automatically calculates the aluminum frame data according to each size for sorting, continuous processing, greatly improving efficiency and speed.
5.The CNC servo feeding system is adopted, and the adjustable precision of aluminum frame size is 0.1M m/m
6.There is no tailing design, except for cutting loss, zero head processing can be realized.
 
7. It has the function of high-speed automatic continuous cutting of aluminum strip.
 
8. Spacer bending speed shall be adjusted automatically according to the size of aluminum frame to avoid deformation of large frame and ensure high-speed and continuous small frame.
 
9. Aluminum spacer bar is automatically connected, and the aluminum strip joint is designed with intelligent avoidance (to avoid bending or cutting to the joint part).
