Vacuum suction cups are also called vacuum spreaders and vacuum suction nozzles. Generally

speaking, using vacuum suction cups to grab products is a cheaper method. Vacuum suction

cups are diverse, and the suction cups made of rubber can be operated at high temperatures.

The suction cups made of silicone rubber are very suitable for gripping products with rough

surfaces; the suction cups made of polyurethane are very durable. In addition, in actual

production, if the suction cup is required to have oil resistance, you can consider using

polyurethane, nitrile rubber, or vinyl-containing polymer materials to manufacture the suction

cup. Generally, in order to avoid scratching the surface of the product, it is recommended to

choose a suction cup made of nitrile rubber or silicone rubber with a bellows.

Butyl extruder machine is used for spreading aluminum spacer frames evenly with hot melt butyl.

The butyl extruder uses large electrical control panel which makes the operation more easier

than before. The conveyor of aluminum is controlled by frequency converter. The speed can be

adjusted from 0m/min to 47m/min, it is the fastest speed in China until now. The butyl extruder

is very popular with energy-saving. Its squeezing system adopts pneumatic and hydraulic

supercharging system, which makes the squeezing pressure more stable. The dispensing

cylinder adopts vertical rotary support system, making the refill of butyl more easier. The

height of squeezing head can be adjusted automatically according to different kinds of

aluminum spacers. Finally, the butyl extruder has reached the worldwide technology with the

characteristic of complete functions and stable working mode.

Transfer unit consists of frequency control motor, belts and belt pulleys. The range of running

speed for belt is 5 ~ 47m / min; the height of beam can be adjusted by hand wheels, that locate

in the left side of machine( see from picture 1.2), after adjusting to the properly height, please

tighten front and back set screws. Structure of this part is simple and can be easily to adjust,

it also has quickly transfer speed, stable and reliable to operate.

In normal conditions, operator can independently finish gluing butyl on the two side of aluminum

frame within the size of 2000 * 2000 mm. When the size is more than 2000 mm, should be done

by two people. Assist operator should be away from the conveyor belt more than 200mm, in

order to avoid the danger of clamping and involving in the belt.
