cleaning and drying section tilted vertical placement. The control box is arranged on the outside of the cleaning section for easy operation. The cleaning section and water tank are made of stainless steel and corrosion resistant materials. The transfer roller is acid-alkali rubber roller. The cleaning and drying section adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and the glass can run smoothly at the appropriate speed. In the cleaning section, three pairs of brushes are cleaned with high-pressure water sprayer, which can clean low-e glass. There is a pair of inclined air knives with baffle in the middle of the drying section, which can be adjusted automatically according to the distance between two air knives with different thickness of glass, thus ensuring the effect of air drying. The fan is 11KW.

The water system consists of two independent water circulation systems: the first level water circulation system and the second level water circulation system. Water is pumped out of the water tank by the water pump and sprayed onto the glass surface by the spray pipe. After cleaning the glass with a brush, the water flows back to the tank for recycling. The primary cleaning water tank is equipped with a water heating device with temperature control, which can keep water temperature automatically. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the water conductivity must be no greater than 40 (including s, if the water quality is bad, need to be equipped with water treatment equipment, water after water treatment into the rinse water tank, recycling according to the above steps, the water treatment device by the user should bring along their own.
