The horizontal blanking section is inclined vertical structure. The transfer roller is a wear-resistant, acid-proof and alkali polyurethane roll. It adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. Used for glass storage before flat pressing and gluing.

6As shown in figure 1, right place every sections of the IG line, adjust paragraphs leveling base, make the transfer roller, return roller bearing surface contour.. Properly setting of fan and water tank (water treatment device user chooses to be prepared), and by water, wind road system diagram to connect the air duct, water pipe. Display the electric control cabinet correctly and connect all the electronic control circuit according to the diagram of electrical system.

Application

Automatic spacer bending machine is a special equipment for making aluminum frames of insulating glass, which replaces the traditional fabrication technology. This equipment can make a variety of convex polygonal aluminum frames by one aluminum strip in one time, thus strengthening the strength of the aluminum frame, making the sealing effect of the insulating glass more better.
