Pressing Part
For normal line, we use servo motor to press insulating glass, and for gas filling line, we adopt servo motor and timing belt to pess it.
• Servo motor can calculate the thickness of the glass and aluminum strip more accurately.
• Timing belt keeps the pressing more accurate with its serrated shape.
Adjustable back plate
Adopt CNC technology, the normal line has 74 adjustable points to keep the back plate straight all the time
Energy saving of pressing function
3 micro switches divide the pressing part into 4 sections.Each micro switch receives the signal will add a part of the working area.When the corresponding micro switch is not touched, the region does not work.
Filling gas online
• 22S for one pieces of double glazing glass
• Manually enter the inflation content value online
• Display the value automatically
• High-speed filling gas
• When the previous set value is reached, inflation will stop automatically
