Jumbo size double plate pressing energy-saving insulating glass inflatable and sealing production line
Vertical insulating glass production line can complete the following functions: glass cleaning, aluminum frame positioning and placement, common double glass, common triple glass, double glass inflatable, triple glass inflatable functions.
Insulating glass inflatable and sealing production line is a special equipment for the production of trough aluminum type insulating glass. Insulating glass production line has the advantages of small footprint, high efficiency, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.

Using Air-floating technology to transfer glass to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces to improve the IG production’s high quality. The line has seven sections:

01 transfer section

02 washing machine
• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes with 0.1mm soft hair, can wash low-e glass
• New air knife uses aluminum profile (Duckbill Air Knife), the size of the air outlet is adjusted by the aluminum profile duck beak. This can reduce the number of adjusting screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid the resonance of the air knife.
• The air knife can automatically adjust the width of the air knife according to the thickness

• Adopts conveyor belt to transfer glass, uses servo motor to press glass

• Automatically fill argon gas with significant sealing effect, higher argon content
• Set zones to fill different size of glass with follow-up sealing method reduces argon loss
