Introduce

The LJZW2020A automatic spacer bending machine is used to bend spacer frame during making insulating glass. According to customer's different requests, we design many different bending tools to suit different sizes of spacers and for different materials bars, the sizes can be from 6A to 27A, and the spacer materials could be aluminium spacer, stainless steel spacer, warm spacer and so on. The bending machine could bend rectangular, circle, and other many shaped frames.

• Lijiang's special soft system could avoid the 120mm to reduce waste. For example, if the length of the gusset is 60mm, when the program calculates the right angle, there is a gusset. When you start to bend the rectangular frame, you need firstly transport 120mm, then cut 120mm, and then step on the pedal to bend frame, so you will waste the 120mm.
