01 Loading section of the Insulating glass processing line

1, Low-e Coating film detection

We adopted Low-E glass point-contact type detection, If the low-e glass film surface is put reversed, it will automatically alarm, it does not scratch the low-e film, and the recognition rate is high. Effectively solve the problem of high-transparent LOW-E recognition.

2, Method of the conveyor wheels

The bottom transfer bearing is an 8mm steel plate. The steel plate is milled flat and then the bearings are fixed. The height of the bearings can be adjusted to prevent the transmission of unstable transmission during the transmission of small glass, which causes the glass to beat. It Increased the load-bearing capacity of the glass.

Most of the other manufacturer’s method is to dig two holes in the middle of the square tube, and then wear a shaft and then put conveyor wheel. This method cannot adjust the flat of the conveyor wheels and the load is poor.

02 Washing machine & Drying section

Glass Washing machine:

1, Silencing cotton, reduce noise;

3, 1 pairs of soft brushes with a diameter of 0.12mm brush wire,2 pairs of soft brushes with a diameter of 0.15mm brush wire.

4,With automatic glass thickness measurement device, there is no need to set the thickness of the glass separately and it is automatically cleaned, which scientifically avoids the cumbersome manual adjustment when glass thickness is more than 8 mm. The maximum thickness can be cleaned to 30 mm.

5,The brush bearing and bearing seat are an important part of the cleaning section, rotation speed of the bearing is higher so it’s easy to damage, so our company uses Thrust bearings, which are more durable and stable than other rubber and plastic materials.

6, Water tank automatic temperature control, water replenishing system

7, The operation box with washing speed display, can accurately display washing speed (8-10m)

Drying section:

1, Air blower outlet -It always keeps the right and suitable distance 3mm between the glass surface and air blower outlet.

Air blower outlet automatically adjusts the opening and closing distance according to different glass thickness. There is a universal joint device. When the glass thickness is changed, air blower outlet can move forward and backward to adjust the distance, so that the relative distance between the air blower outlet and the glass is constant, so as to avoid the damage to the glass film due to the change of the glass thickness

3, Blower is controlled by the butterfly valve to ensure that the air blower outlet print does not appear during the glass cleaning process.

03 Conveyor and storage section of the Insulating glass processing line

1, The air-floating conveyor structure(optional function) is used to avoid leaving traces on the surface of the glass after coming from drying section, polluting glass, and improving the quality of dgu.(between washing and pressing ). When the height of the glass is less than 1200 mm, only the air float at the bottom is used to float, when the height of the glass is greater than 1200 mm, two rows of air float float at the same time

2, Conveyor section is set with double motors, when glass less than 1000mm can be stored two pieces at the same time to improve the efficiency of the whole line

3, . The bottom conveyor bearing is attached to the steel plate, and the bearing height can be adjusted to prevent the conveyor instability in the process of small glass convey, resulting in glass beating.

04 Inspection and assembly section of the Insulating glass processing line

1,Using the digital display adjustment structure design, the aluminum frame positioning accuracy is high, and the glue depth is accurate.

2, The aluminum alloy double guide rail is light and flat, and can be automatically adjusted up and down according to the glass height to prevent large glass to the internal sinking

3, Whole section used hollow out design, adding one maintenance back door to clean and wipe the stains for the back of glass which is difficult to clean

1, Pressing

Adjustable Pressing

There is stress after welding in the iron Pressing frame, so out-of-shape problems are inescapable after using 3-4 times(pressing section can not press DGU properly evenly and tightly ). For this problem, firstly we all do the aging treatment, stress-remove by vibration failure device. Then We design the hundreds adjustable points on the backboard, if there are any out-of shape problems we can adjust easily at any time.

Lead screw pressing(servo motor synchronous belt)

Pressing machine automatically adjusts to ensure ultra high accurate pressing glass,according to the thickness of the glass and the width of the aluminum spacer.

Method of argon gas filling

The position of the argon gas hole of the filling beam is automatically positioned according to the thickness of the glass and the width of the aluminum spacer, ensuring the argon gas hole is always in the middle of first glass and aluminum frames .For wide spacer of the residential window and doors,and triple glass, our advantages are obvious . Argon gas filled very fast and even it does save gas source.

For the bottom sealing of bottom argon gas filling method, The synchronous belt is better than the conveyor wheel

There is partition control of the argon gas filling beam , when do the different sizes of glass, it will automatically detect the length of the glass, and turn on the corresponding length of the argon gas hole,saving gas source

The equipment not only has a filling valve but also a pumping valve. According to the height of the glass, the corresponding height of the pumping valve is selected automatically and then extract the gas in the DGU. Through the inlet sensor, the glass argon filled concentration is instantly detected, and the argon volume is controlled accurately and efficiently.
