Automatic nsulating glass production line is used for making insulating glass for buildings, windows and doors, also for ship, refrigerator, freezer and so on. This IG line contains glass washing and glass pressing machine, it can make double / triple glazing glass, for sides step glass. The optional function of filling argon gas is available, the air content is more than 90% at least.

Glass Washing machine material is made of thick high-quality stainless steel plate, strong and durable.
With an automatic glass thickness measuring device, there is no need to set the thickness of the glass separately and automatic cleaning, thus scientifically avoiding the cumbersome manual adjustment when more than 8 mm, the thickest can be cleaned to 30mm.
Brush bearing and bearing seat is an important part of the cleaning machine, high speed, easy to damage. Our company uses thrust aligning ball bearings, which are more durable and stable than other rubber and plastic materials.
 
Glass Drying Machine
 
The blade can automatically adjust the opening and distance according to different glass thickness.
Adjusting structure adopts mechanical structure, high stability.
Can be different thickness glass continuous cleaning, no need to manually adjust the air knife. It has better effect on making laminated insulating glass.
03 discharge section;
 
Glass Inspection section adopts advanced screw adjustment structure design, aluminum frame positioning accuracy is high.
The aluminum alloy guide rail is light and flat, and can be automatically adjusted up and down according to the height of the glass.
The whole adopts hollow design, and the maintenance rear door is added to facilitate the cleaning of stains on the back of glass. (Automatic lift inspection backplane can be customized
