7.Controlling System

7.1 Terms Relating Commissioning and Installation

7.2 Responsibilities of Both Parties

The Seller shall provide a English solution for the buyer providing commissioning and installation including the connection from source of supply to the control panel of the tempering line.

7.3The Seller

1) Manufacturing and delivery of equipment according to the contract.

2) Packaging, loading, delivery to the shipping port according to the contract;

3) Provide 40 person-day (2 technicians x 20 days) free installation guidance commissioning and training. If it is over 40 person-day for the Buyer’ reason, the Buyer has to pay USD 100.00 per person-day to the Seller; for Seller’s reason, the technicians will stay until installation, commissioning, and training are finished.

4) Provide the design of the plant layout of the equipment and consultations needed by the Buyer.

5) Provide full sets of operation manuals, including electric diagrams, guidance of operation and maintenance, main process parameter setting.

6) Provide one year guarantee for furnace.

7) Long term technical support and spare parts supply as well as settling of the eventual new problem happens in the production.

8) Technical training for the Buyer’ personnel:

7.4 The Buyer

1) Payment in time to the bank pointed by the Seller according to the contract.

2) Supply of electrical power and compressed air to the positions set by the Seller.

3) Provide double way air tickets, local accommodations, catering, local transportation, communication, medical care, health and accident insurance for the Seller’s technicians while they are working in the Buyer’s site for the installation guidance and commissioning.

4) Supply the relevant materials and manpower needed for the installation and the acceptance test of the machinery.

5) When the furnace arrives in the Buyer’s site, the Buyer should guarantee that all the conditions are fulfilled and supplies are available so that the installation and commissioning will be possible to carry out within one month. If causing a delay from this time limit, the Buyer has to pay USD200.00 per working day with each person for exceeding day or days.

8. Spare Parts:

A spare parts package for one year normal operation is included (refer to Annex 1)

Customer can check the operation data via mobile link software and set the specific auto-heating time, on one hand to avoid error operation data, on the other hand, to save the preparing time before production.
