LJBQX glass washing machine is vertical washing machine, used for washing many kinds of glasses, and low-e glass. The washing machine has three sections, 01 transfer section, 02 washing and drying section and 03 checking and transfer section. The washing machine has low-e film dection function, can detect the low-e film by coating detection mechanism. The brushes are all used soft brushes. The air knife can be adjusted according to different glass' sizes. Washing clearly with high speed. The washing speed can be displayed on the touch screen directly.

In the washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash low-e glass, four pairs of water spray. * The material in the washing and drying section all made by stainless steel. * The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and drying section of the IG line. * The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and design section * The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. No mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly. * The axle and bearing of brushes are stainless steel , that all keep the machine can washing well and live for a long time. * The who drying machine use the sound insulation design. can reduce the noise.

3 pairs of 0.1mm soft brushes

It has 3 brushes which are all soft brush, can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for Low-E glass.

New design of air knife

The whole washing machine uses a new design of air knife to washing and drying glass, which make the distance between the glass and the air knife in a stable value, to keep the best drying effect. 

The water heating system

As different countries have different water quality, in order to ensure that the glass is washes clearly enough,adoptingair heating system, to use soft water to wash glass. What’s more, using water filter system to make water recycling, save water and keep the water clear.

The anti-noise system

Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment for employees. The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
