The LJBZ2500PG is a press with new filling gas technology. This equipment is suitable for high-tech and new technology glass presses and filled gas machines that use a variety of gases or mixed gases. This is because the control system detects a preset type of gas (including the mixing ratio of the mixed gas) and the flow rate before each gas or mixture is filled with insulating glass.
The LJBZ2500PG is not suitable for bow glass or twisted glass because the plane in the press section is immutable.
LJBZ2500PG can be used to measure the gas concentration of insulating glass online. The measuring device in front of the device can accurately measure the size and thickness of the glass and calculate the amount of gas required.
The LJBZ2500PG can simultaneously press and fill two IG units with a length of less than 1.5 m, which greatly improves the production efficiency of glass with a length of less than 1.5 m.
