LJDM2545 Smart Vertical Edge Remover is used to remove low-e glass edge film. The glass edge remover adopts the imported servo control method to perform accurate positioning with smooth operation. High quality whetstones are durable and can produce clean and beautiful whetstones. The distance can be electrically set in the range of 10 to 150 mm.
Low-E glass, also known as low-emissivity glass, is a type of film product that consists of a multilayer metal or other compound on the surface of the glass. Compared to common glass and traditional ceramic coated glass, the coating has excellent thermal insulation and excellent light emission.
Low-e glass types:
Single silver Low-E glass
A single silver Low-E coated glass usually contains only one functional layer (silver layer). In addition to other metal and compound layers, the total number of coating layers reaches 5.
Double silver Low-E glass
Double silver Low-E coated glass has two functional layers (silver layer), as well as other metal layers and compound layers, and the total number of coating layers reaches nine. However, the technical process control of double silver Low-E glass is much more difficult. Then single silver.
