Product Description

Insulating glass silicone structural sealant is a two part, neutral, high modulus, room temperature cure structural silicone sealant; It is specially designed as a secondary seal in dual sealed insulation glass system for curtain wall, building façade; Structural adhesion of glass and aluminum cladding panel curtain wall, skylight and other metal structure.

  Butyl Hot Melt Sealant For Insulating Glass

• The raw material is polyisobutylene for insulating glass.

  It is one-part, solvent free. No cracking in a wide temperature range. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It can offer an excellent humidity proof system with elasticity.

  1. Appearance: homogeneous black putty.

  2. Odor: odorless.

  3. Density: 1.06g-1.29g/cm3

  4. Suitable Temperature: -40°C+80°C, keep the surface and edges from cracking and sagging.

  5. Extruding temperature: about 120~150°C.

   

  Mainly used for primary sealing of insulating glass, glass curtain wall, refrigerator and freezer etc.
