1. Adopts conveyor belt to transfer glass, uses servo motor to press glass

2. The pressing plate can be opened for easy maintenance

3. Pressing board with adjustable structure to guarantee long-lasting service life

4. Air knife uses the new design, the size of the air outlet is adjusted by the aluminum profile duck beak. This can reduce the number of adjusting screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid the resonance of the air knife.

5 . Transfer structure are all equipped with power, which can transfer different sizes of glass quickly.

6. The pressing board has adjustable points to prevent to deform, the same with bystronic technology.

7. Ultra-long insulating glass can be compressed twice

Insulating glass production line has 7 sections:

01 transfer section; 02 washing machine; 03 discharge section; 04 inspection and installation section; 05 transfer section; 06 pressing( or with filling gas ); 07 discharge section.
