Extruding sealant must under the condition that the glass edge is smooth and without disloc
ation of the insulating glass ,there are many sensors on the machine ,it require unrelated
persons do not near the machine so as to avoid malfunction and cause damage of the
machine or threaten the personal safety .
It need to open the timing sealant discharge function if it need long time (more than 5 minutes )
to extrude sealant to the second glass so as to avoid blocking the mixer
Check the parameters carefully before extruding sealant ,change the parameter of glass size ,
glass thickness etc timely when change the glass batch.
It need to change the sealant amount if use different sealant as the viscosity maybe different
When start working ,it need to wait the hydraulic pressure is stable ,then start extruding
sealant on the first glass so as to avoid sealant output not stable .

Before cutting off power of the machine ,clean must be done. Press “clean start” button to
start clean. Meanwhile observe the sealant purged out. If the sealant become white, the press
“clean stop” to stop cleaning. After that the power of the machine can be shut down.
