Application
Set up the machine
Find two 1.5-by-1.5-meter aluminum strips of 9A insulating glass
With the production line as the benchmark, two glasses are roughly aligned with the feeding section and the production line position
Put the suction cup into the feeding section and place the position of the discharging section and the horizontal spacing of the feeding section is 245-255
Install the machine head vertical beam
Connect electricity and gas installation accessories
Turn on the glass feed to adjust the v-belt so that the glass and back wheel close together to correct the v-belt
Leveling the feed and production line
Leveling the feeding and discharging sections
Adjust the expansion of the machine head so that the detector adjusts the distance between the head and the discharge section at the edge of the glass
Adjust the position of the suction cup

Debug the mechanical position of v-belt positive limit negative limit and fix the limit switch;

Input the corresponding percentage in the interface of forced sticking. Push the glue nozzle by hand, which feels like a spring, and the reference value is 35%, 15%, 35% and 90%.Maintenance state, in the manual state, the moving plate is in the working open position. Select maintenance open, keep pressing until the board is fully open. Do effective support between the press plate, or have a man on duty station, people can enter between the two boards.
The second positioning distance of the first side of the three-layer glass, the larger the parameter, the less the glue nozzle sticks to the glass.If the location of the second cavity is not correct, the three-layer glass will be used for compensation.This parameter needs to be modified in case of error in line length measurement.After the first edge is applied, the nozzle is rotated 90 degrees.
