1 .The freezer adopts the most advanced refrigeration system in the United States, and its core components (scroll compressor) are characterized by high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability. The operator can adjust the working parameters at any time, and the temperature status of the hot and cold barrels is clearly displayed on the screen.
2 .Structural features and functions
LJLX01 freezer is composed of bracket, refrigeration unit, refrigeration barrel, heating barrel, electrical control system, etc.
2.1 The refrigeration of antifreeze is accomplished by the combination of refrigeration unit and refrigeration barrel.
There is a commercial refrigerant in the storage tank of the compressor unit, which is a colorless gas at normal temperature, but a colorless liquid at its own pressure. When the compressor is in a gas state, the compressor will compress it at high pressure; it passes the condenser and releases heat through the fins, and finally condenses into a liquid state. Since the liquid refrigerant loses the pressure from the condenser after passing through the volume tube, it immediately becomes gaseous when it passes through the evaporator outside the refrigerator barrel. At the same time, since the liquid will lower the temperature when it becomes a gas, it will absorb latent heat from the antifreeze in the barrel, thereby reducing the temperature of the refrigerant. Then, the gaseous refrigerant in the evaporator will be pressed back to the condenser by the compressor and become liquid. This cycle is repeated again and again to take away the heat of the antifreeze.
The refrigerant in the refrigeration barrel is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water with a mixing ratio of 1:1. After inserting the spreading gun into the barrel, the water level should be 2 to 3 cm lower than the stopper.
2.2 The heating barrel is heated by two heaters through the external brown alkali to increase the temperature of the internal water. The water level is the same as that of the refrigerated bucket.
2.3 The control part in the panel consists of temperature controller and switch. It uses a digital temperature controller that can be turned on or off at any time, and adjusts the temperature of hot and cold barrels.
