One Set of Pump A & Pump B

Equipped with single A component and single B component. Glue A and B automatic mixing, automatic ratio.

Two sets of pump A and pump B
Equipped with two sets of A components and two sets of B components, it can be used for two different sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber, silicone structural adhesive, etc.

Back Glue Device

When the pressure increasing, more Glue B will flow back automatically, saving materials.

Dyad body device
The dyad body device has two functions. The left side is used to filter impurities and moisture when filling the gas with, and the right side acts as a lubricant.

Seal Seal device
Adopted Japan Yaskawa servo motor that controls the seal part by rotating 360°. No need to set up a scraper blade to scrape off excess glue and repair the glass corner a second time.

Eight servos
The robot uses 8 Yaskawa servos, four of which control the transmission part, and the other four servos control the suction cup, lifting, driving and adjusting mechanism and rotation.
