Detailed description
1.The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically detect the thickness of the glass. Different thicknesses of glass allow for faster transfer, increasing production speed. According to tests, it only takes 22s to produce 1m * insulating glass.
1) There is a universal joint device, when the thickness of the glass was changed, the air knife moves forward and backward to determine the distance that the relative distance between the air knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass. To change the thickness of the glass.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.
2.Energy saving of pressing box
The pressing box adopts micro-micro switches, which divide the pressing part into regions.
When each micro switch receives the signal, it adds a portion of the working area. When the compatible micro switch is not touched, the field does not work.
What's more, both sides and the bottom of the pressing box will be sealed to ensure the inflating effect. It can save a lot of argon gas and electricity.
3.Automatic high-speed filling argon gas
IG Line 22S fills 1m * 1m double glazed glass for just one piece. Can set and display argon gas values directly on the screen. From the screen, we can easily observe the argon gas content and filling speed.
When the two pieces of glass are closing, it begins to fill with argon gas from under the glasses. When the previous set value is reached, inflation will stop automatically.
