The whole washing &drying machine adopts stainless steel, including the plate and interior spare parts.And some slider block are copper.It has 3 pair of brushes, which are all soft brushes, washing flat glass,tempering glass and low-e glass.It has a diameter of less than 0.1mmde bristles,which will never damage glass,especially low-e glass .

• In the washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash low-e glass, four pairs of water spray.
• The material in the washing and drying section all made by stainless steel.
• The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and drying section of the IG line.
• The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and design section
• The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. No mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly.

1. The quartz sand filter

Accumulative work is up to 8 ~ 20 hours, back flush for 20 minutes.

Accumulative work is up to 1.5 -2 hours, replace the quartz sand filter material.

2. The activated carbon adsorption filter:

When exports residual chlorine content > 0.1 mg/L, should replace the activated carbon filter material, normally when the cumulative work is up to 1 year, replace the activated carbon filter material.

3. The water softener:

Replace the softening resin for 1 year work

4. The security filter

Generally, cumulative work for three months ,a fine filter should be replaced. When the fine filter pressure is less than 0.04 Mpa and water shortage indicator light is on,a fine filter should be replaced,too.

5. Inverse osmosis filter

After 6 months of work, application drug RO membrane should be clean.

After 1-1.5 years accumulated work,we should replace the RO membrane.
