One uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other is a new technology that uses air-floating technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production’s high quality.

• The washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials

The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel materials, including the plate and interior spare parts.After the machine is powered on, unscrew the emergency stop switch on the operation panel of the flat press and washing machine, press the reset or start button on the operation panel of the plate press, and check whether the knob switches on the operation panel of the flat press and washing machine are in the corresponding state.

Production line debugging steps:

1.Place the machine in position from incoming to outgoing material in sequence
2.Use a level gauge or level and two pieces of 1500X1500 glass (5mm thickness, white glass with fine grinding edge) to level each section of the machine so that the two pieces of glass are level above and below a plane
3.Install the water pipe of the fan, air pipe and water tank

The thickness plate can up to 4mm and the interior plate can be 8mm.The equipment performance is better and service life is much longer.

Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment for employees.The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.

• The washing machine uses six soft (Low-e) brushes with the 01mm diameter only.It has 6 brushes which are all soft brush, can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for low-e glass.
