The new butyl extruder machine is one type of automatic butyl extruder machine, which can connect with spacer transfer machine to transfer spacer frame to the insulating glass assembly line to realize fully automatic production, and the whole coating process does not need manual work. This automatic butyl extruder machine consists of pressing wheel system (linear pressing  wheel, arc pressing wheel), centering wheel, glue nozzle unit, extrusion unit, transmission unit, rotation mechanism, support mechanism, frame unit, hydraulic system and control system.

Machine features:

(1) There is the alarm device, it will automatically alarm when there is no glue (there will be a prompt on the touch screen);

(2) Timing heating function, workers can set the start-up time of the equipment in advance, the equipment will automatically start the system heating before the official work quickly.

(3) Automatically adjust the distance between front and back glue nozzles according to the width of aluminum spacer.

(4) The transmission motor is controlled by servo motor, and the transmission speed can reach up to 50m / min.

(5) Large frame support mechanism, to prevent large-scale aluminum frame from shaking by a wide margin at the corner, resulting in frame deformation.
