The whole line include 7 parts: (from right to left)

1,Loading section(with low-e checking)

2,washing and drying section(can washing low-e glass)

1, The washing and drying section

• In the washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash low-e glass, four pairs of water spray.
• The material in the washing and drying section all made by stainless steel.
• The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and drying section of the IG line.
• The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and design section
• The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transfered. No mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly.
• 2.The pressing and gas filling section

• 3.Gas filling online, we can input the suitable gas proportion value on the touch screen , during the gas filling process, the touch screen can show us the whole gas filing process visually . (You can see the video that I have sent you before.)We are the first and the only one company who can show the argon percentage on the touch screen on line,its very useful for customer,When argon gas filling,it will show the whole process on the screen. When it reach the data customer set ,It will alarm and stop. So it can save the argon gas. And save the time.

• 4.On the vertical side of the side-baffle there sensors can recognize how much the percentage there.When the argon gas the percentage is reach the value that we set in . the gas filling resource will stop. So it can save a lot of argon gas. When argon gas fill every piece of double glass there will have three sides close,(the bottom ,two side,only the top open,and on the vertical side there have sensor, when the argon gas reach the somewhere and sensor recognize it reached the value that we set up ,it will stop automatically),it is a very good design.
