17s Fast speed automatic spacer bending machine with for making insulating glass

LJZW2020 fast speed spacer bending machine is automatic machine, 17s for 1*1m frame. Bending the spacer frames of different sizes and shapes according to the shape requirements of the insulating glass, reduce the use of pins and keep good sealing effect. 

1. What is the spacer's thichkness, length and width normally? 

Thickness:0.3mm ; Lengh: 5m or 6m ; 6-27A.

​2. Is the aluminum strip welded by high frequency or drawn by cold? Can ordinary non bendable aluminum bar be bent?

Yes, high frequency welding aluminum strip. Ordinary non bendable aluminum strip can not be bent (generally, the thickness above 0.27mm can be bent).

3. How many racks on the bending machine ? what is the max width of the spacer and the min of the spacer? 

LJZW2020 spacer bending machine has 4 racks , 12 racks are optional. The max width is 27A, the min width is 6A. 

4. Does the spacer can be automatic cutting and connecting spacers? 

Yes, this bending machine can be automatic cutting and connecting. 

5. If the aluminum strip is not well butted in the butt joint process? Can the device stop automatically? How to remedy it?

Yes, you can adjust the position of the material groove and the bending part on a horizontal line. 

6. Can our equipment be deformed? What kinds of abnormal shapes can we bend?

Yes, round, hexagon, octagon, semicircle, etc. totally 8 shapes. 

7. How many wires can the bend corner width of aluminum strip be controlled? How much extra width does not affect the butyl glue coating?

(the corner width can be controlled within 0 wire, our factory standard is set at 10 wire) 20 wire should not be affected.

8. Is the input size of our equipment the size of glass or the size of aluminum frame? What are the input methods?

Input the glass size, parameters can be input, USB can be imported, and ERP can be directly connected (customized)

9. What brand of PLC, servo motor driver and touch screen are used respectively?

Siemens of Germany, touch screen is Veron of Taiwan.

10. Can the device avoid the pin during angle folding or sawing? How to avoid it?

Yes, automatic avoidance.

11. If there are more than 2 meters of aluminum frame bending, how do we bend it? Is it the same as normal continuous bending?

The bending is clamped by the manipulator, just like the normal bending (step bending can be adopted)
