LJBZ2535G Insulating glass processing line is used to making Double IG units, Triple IG units and Step IG units for windows, doors, building curtain wall and some windows for ships, train, and so on. The IG line contains glass washing machine , pressing and filling machine. The gas filling line is with high speed, high concentration, low consumption features. Also the gas filling line adopts air floating structure, from the inspection section to the measuring section, there rae two lines with air holes to tranfer glasses, no wheels, in order to keep the glass clean, no pollution.

1. The glass washing section use stainless steel material, screws and tubes are used waterproof material or design. The bearing spares we adopt famous brand in China.

2. The brusher in the washing machine are all soft brushes, 6 pieces with 0.1mm dismeter, which can wash low-e glass.

3. The front and rear wheels in the dryer part are all powered, which could keep the different sizes of glass could be transfered in a fast speed.

4. When the glass go into the pressing box, there is a device to measure the glass thickness, provide the sizes for filling gas.

5. The new structure of this section is changed to an inline beam lifting structure (double beam). It is easy to inspect and wipe the glass.

9. The pressing board, we use the vibration aging treatment, wont deformation and keep rigidity.
