Automatic insulating glass production line LJBZ2535 is divided into 7 parts,it can do double glass,triple glass and stepped glass.

1.1 Conveyor station, vertical with roller support wall
This sensor in the glass  production machinery can automaticlly recognize low e glass.
Conveyor roller,both of two side are moving at the same time,making sure small glass can pass by.

1.2Washer and dryer
Washing machine  production line  was completely made of stainless steel, drying zone with sound protection.
The dryer part can be divided into up&down two parts and adopts frequence knife.The two parts will work at the same time when dry a large size glass,while there is only down-parts drying for the small size glass,saving much energy and electricity.

1.3.Inspection and manual frame positioning station

Insulated glass equipment was  conveying with the frequency controlled, running smoothly. Aluminum frame positioning device is divided into two parts, when producing the small pieces of glass, the first half of the aluminum frame under the positioning does not move, only the second half of the aluminum frame positioning acting.
High-quality inspection light, can clearly check if the glass is cleaning or not.
It can measure the thickness of glass and spacer for the next press work.

Frame set back, horizontal and vertical stepless adjustable from 2 mm up to 20mm

1.4 Gas filling&press machine

Automatic assembling, gas filling and pressing of insulating glass units.
It has 74 adjustable points (learn from Bystronic) to guarantee that press part will not out of shape.
Gas proportion can be adjustable and the whole filling process can display on the touch screen.Video link
