Insulating glass production line consists of four sections,transfer section,washing section,inspection section and pressing section,it uses advanced technology to make high-quality and variety dgu automatically,such as double glass,triple glass,low-e glass,shaped glass and stepped glass.
Detailed description
Transfer section
1. Low-e glass sensor
The detection part is installed before the cleaning part,which can automatically identify the low-e glass and prevent the surface of the low-e glass film from being scratched by the brush of the cleaning section.
2. Conveyor roller
The transfer:the front and back rows of wheels move constantly,ensuring smooth passage of large sheets of glass or thick glass.
Inspection section
The checking part uses led tubes to check whether the glass is clean or not.
Washing section
1.Materials
Wash section and dry section adopt 304 stainless steel,including the plate and interior spare parts.
The interior plate can be 8mm,and the machine performance is better and service life is much longer.
2.Six brushes
There are six soft brushes in the cleaning section,with the diameter less than 0.1mm,which can clean ordinary glass,tempered glass and low-e glass,not easy to damage the glass.
3.Noise reduction device
The top of the brush is equipped with nylon gear and sponges for reducing noise to below 90 db.
4.Water heating system
Adopts air heating system,washing glass with warm water to make it cleaner.
5.Automatic identification of glass thickness
1) At the bottom of the air knife device in the dry section,there are two squeezing wheels for roommates.the squeezing wheel can automatically identify the glass thickness,prevent the gap from being too big or too small to crush the glass,and ensure the fast transmission of glass of different thickness.
2) The chain gear moves with the chain gear when the extruder is adjusted back and forth
Pressing & filling gas section ( optional)
1.Pressing part
On the production line with the aeration function,there are servo motors and transfer belts to complete the pressing of insulating glass.
1)The servo motor is designed to control the speed more accurately.
2)The conveyor belt is equipped with argon function.
2.Adjustable back plate
Pressure plate we have adjustable point,can automatically identify whether the plate Pressure deformation,and keep the plate pressure straight,prevent damage plate Pressure,extend the service life.
3.Energy saving of pressing function
Three energy saving sensors divide the laminate into four cavities.
When each sensor receives a signal from its part,the laminates will automatically add a part of the working area.
This area does not work when the corresponding sensor is not touched.
• When glass l ≤ 1.5m part 1 work.
• When glass l =1.5m-2.3m part 1 & part 2 work.
• When glass 2.3m < l < 3.2m part 1,part 2 & part 3 work.
• When glass 3.2m = l ≤ 4m all parts work together,and secondary plate pressure is also applied.
4.High-speed filling argon gas online(optional)
It can be charged with argon gas online at a high speed.it can be charged with 1*1m double layer glass in 22 seconds.
The argon detector in finland can input the gas content value online and automatically display the content.
When the inflation content reaches the set value,the automatic induction alarm will stop the inflation.
