Sales Condition:
Delivery time: Within 30 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.
Payment term:
1.30% deposit after signing the contract.
2.70% of the total amount should be paid before delivery.
Main after sales service:
a.Warranty: One year ( The wearing parts and grinding tools are out of this range) guarantee the perfect working condition by normally replacing for wearing parts, electric parts and some other parts under the proper operation.
b.Service system.
① Installation: After the machine arriving customer’s factory, LIJIANG can send its engineer to the customers’ factory for machine installation, adjustment and personnel training for free. But the round-trip air ticket, and accommodation will be born by the customer.
② Warranty period repair: During the warranty period (1 year), if there is a problem with the equipment and the customer requests LIJIANG engineer to repair in the factory. The customer is responsible for the round-trip air ticket , no maintenance fee and no spare parts cost (except wearing parts).
③ Out of warranty repair: Outside the warranty (1 year), if the equipment appears problems, the customer request LIJIANG to send engineers to the factory for maintenance.The customer should be responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation. Also customers need to pay for the LIJIANG daily $150 as service and maintenance costs, and all needed parts must be completed paid before the delivery.
Note:Before the engineer goes to the customer's factory, the buyer needs to send the engineer's air ticket and hotel information to LIJIANG, then LIJIANG will agree to send the engineer to the buyer's factory.
