Plate press features
1.Specially designed in an opening way, able to be pushed open 550mm by cylinder stroke, convenient for repairing and maintenance
2.Using Taiwan YSB vacuum generator and sucking discs which are distributed reasonably to improve glass sucking effect
3.Adopting American Start stepping motor control system to carry out big and small piece work, preferable for curtain wall glass manufacturing
4.Using hydraulic pressure to control plate press to make plate press have constant pressure and insulating glass get better sealing effect
5.The air float of plate press being directly guided into Chinese standard rectangle tube to avoid blocking and make glass run in place; not slotting plate inside to prevent plate deforming
6.The glass positioning cylinder within plate in angle-inserting structure resisting impact and ensuring glass runs to right place and is not staggered
Cleaner features
1.Its tank part made of thickened stainless steel; its components and screws contacting water made of stainless steel or waterproof aluminum, not rusting in long-term use, convenient for maintenance
2.Adopting top drive and double-layer structure, avoiding sealing elements aging and leaking, convenient for maintenance
3.Two rubber rollers inside being automatically adjusted to a distance suitable for thickness of glass to be cleaned using spring, able to clean 3-12mm glass
4.With three-level cleaning; using six brushes of quality 1010 nylon yarn 150mm in diameter and four times of spraying to clean lass quickly (8-12m per minute); able to clean LOW-E glass and coated glass
5.Having a device for identifying LOW-E glass and coated glass to automatically identify their front and back; a pair of coarse-wool brushes yielding automatically to avoid coating damage
6.The air knife and back rest within drying closet made of stainless steel, avoiding secondary pollution after glass being cleaned
