APPLICATION: 

Vertical Insulated glass production line consists of four sections, transfer section, washing section, inspection section and pressing section (with or not gas filling). It uses advanced technology to make high-quality and variety DGU automatically, such as double glass, triple glass, shaped glass and stepped glass.

Glass washing part:

• Wash online and offline low-e glass, automatically recognizes Low-e film
• Washing part adopts the design of upper and lower washing sections

• When filling shaped IG, inflatable front side of the rectangular size required 450mm (length), 280mm (high)
• No need to drill holes in spacer frame
• Automatically set filling data and display data on the screen
