1.JMB95A belt edging machine is designed specially to polish the edges of cut glasses.
2.There is two high speed emery belts to polish positive and negative edges of glasses at the same time, in order to eliminate the edge stress resulting from glass being cut and low glass breakage rate, meanwhile, it can protect workers and conveyance wheels.

The edge grinding machine is the generation product. It employs the principle and structure of four edges grinding, and comes with a buffer device, and the grinding wheel can move along all directions to meet the edge grinding needs of glass with various specifications.
The universal diamond and resin wheels available in the market can be used as the grinding wheel; it is durable and can be changed easily; the edge grinding effect is exquisite and no edge breakage will occur after the grinding, and the self-explosion rate of the tempered glass is also reduced. It may be washed by connecting to the washing machine on the front or at the side.
This machine also features water-type low-e film removal device; the movable platforms on both sides can be disassembled or combined according to edge grinding needs. Device for grinding of the bottom edge can be added to meet customer's requirements.
