1. It adopts original and complete Japan YASKAWA control system, so it can compute fast, has high sealant output accuracy and good stability, and forms smooth sealant surface.

2. The board spacing is small, so it can process small glass which is 260 mm wide and 300 mm long as minimum.

3. The belt uses changeable V-shaped modules, this reduces changing cost;

4. It covers a small area, the distance from wall can be minimized to 1.5 metres, so it can save space of plant.

5. With a multiple-section structure, it can carry out line production; it can prestore units of insulating glass, improving production efficiency;

6. The conveying wheels are embedded in the back board, so that glass runs stably.

7. The conveying belts come with automatic washing brushes to remove debris on the belts during production.

8. It has two sealant supplying systems, they can be switched by one-button operation; they can load two different groups of sealants, alternatively, one system is used while the other is for standby. (optional)

9. It also can apply sealants for three-layer two-cavity glass.

10. The sealant mixing system comes with an anti-blocking structure, i.e. high-voltage return-flow system, so it is easy to clean.
