As the most important process of insulating glass production, we are especially professional in glass cleaning, transmitting pressing and gas filling.The production line can do double glass,triple glass and stepped glass.
This sensor is installed before washing machine.It can automatically recognize Low-e glass,preventing the glass from dropping Low-e surface.
The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. It can guarantee the big size glass and thick glass pass through smoothly.
The whole washing &drying machine adopts 304 stainless steel,including the plate and interior spare parts.And some slider block are copper.
3.1 Washing part
It has 3 pair of brushes, which are all soft brushes, washing flat glass,tempering glass and low-e glass.It has a diameter of less than 0.1mmde bristles,which will never damage glass,especially low-e glass .
We use the genuine materials.The thickness plate can up to 4mm and the interior plate can be 8mm.The equipment performance is better and service life is much longer.
Noise reduction device
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
Water heating system
It also uses 304 stain steel and adopts air heating system.
3.2 Drying part
3.2.1 Frequency wind knife
1)Here we can see there are two set of switches and frequency.It can be divided into up&down two parts and adopts frequency knife.The two parts will work at the same time when drying a large size glass(height>1.5m),while there is only down-parts drying for the small size glass(height<1.5m),saving much energy.

3.2.2 A universal joint device
There is a universal joint device.When the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife can move forward and backward to adjust the distance, so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid the damage to the glass due to the change of the glass thickness.
3.2.3. Transferring actively
There are wheels on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass so the transmission speed is faster, and the large size or small size glass can be passed quickly.
4.1 Pressing way
It presses IGUs by hydraulic station with pressure, it guarantees the precise pressure.
4.2 Energy saving of pressing function
It adopts 3 micro switches,which divide the pressing part into 4 sections.
Each micro switch receives the signal and adds a part of the working area. When the corresponding micro switch is not touched, the region does not work.
The work area can be divided in this way.
4.3 Adjustable points
It has adjustable points on the pressing plate.
As we know, the press plate will be out of shape after long time using.So its pressing performance will be dramatically reduced.With these points, we can adjust the flatness of the pressing section, so that it can ensure stable performance.
4.4 Stepped glass(Optional)
It also can make stepped glass with a servo motor.
