LJBZ2535 cleaning and drying section tilt vertical placement. The control box is arranged on
the outside of the cleaning section and is easy to operate. The cleaning section and water
tank are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. The conveyor roller is an
acid-proof and alkali rubber roller, which is automatically adjusted according to the glass
thickness. The cleaning drying section adopts stepless variable frequency speed regulation,
the glass can run smoothly at the right speed. The cleaning section has three brushes with
high pressure water sprayers to clean, can clean low-e glass; The drying section has a pair
of slanting blades with baffles in the middle, which automatically adjusts the distance between
the two blades according to the thickness of the glass, ensuring the air drying effect. The fan
is 15KW variable frequency fan, when blowing the small glass, the fan operates under low
frequency, the wind knife only USES the lower half of the wind knife, not only greatly reduces
the energy consumption, but also does not affect the air drying effect.
The waterway system consists of two separate water circulatory systems: the first stage cleaning
water system, the second stage rinsing waterway system, the glass is washed by first grade
cleaning water, and then washed by rinsing water. The water is pumped from the water tank and
sprayed onto the glass surface through the spray pipe. After cleaning the glass with the brush,
the water will flow back to the water tank for recycling. The first-level cleaning tank is equipped
with a temperature-controlled water heater, which can keep the water temperature automatically.
In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the water conductivity must be no greater than 40 (including
