Zeolite granular 3A molecular sieve as adsorbent for Insulating Glass
Molecular Sieve 3A is an alkali metal aluminosilicate. This is a potassium type with a type A crystal structure. The effective pore opening of type 3A is about 3 angstroms (0.3 nm). This is large enough to tolerate moisture, but excludes molecules such as unsaturated hydrocarbons that can form polymers. And this maximizes the lifespan of dehydrating such molecules.

3. Typical Application
1) Drying unsaturated hydrocarbons (ethylene, propylene, butadiene, etc.)
2) Broken gas drying
3) Dry natural gas if COS minimization is essential or if minimal hydrocarbon co-adsorption is required.
4) Drying highly polar compounds such as methanol and ethanol
5) Drying liquid alcohol

4. Regeneration
NANXIANG Molecular Sieve Type 3A can be regenerated by either heating during the thermal swing process. Or by reducing the pressure in the case of a pressure swing process.
A temperature of 200-230 ° C is required to remove water from the 3A molecular sieve. Properly regenerated molecular sieves can give a moisture dew point below -100 ° C.
The outlet concentration of the pressure swing process depends on the gas present and the process conditions.

Introduction
5A Molecular Sieve is an alkaline aluminosilicate. This is a calcium type with a type A crystal structure. The effective pore opening of type 5A is 5 angstroms (0.5 nm). Adsorbs molecules with a motion diameter of less than 5 angstroms and excludes molecules larger than that.
This is a PSA hydrogen purifier and oxygen concentrator, especially suitable for PSA adsorber applications that can usually be used to separate paraffin and isoparaffin (C4 to C6).

Application
The strong ionic power of divalent calcium ions makes it an excellent adsorbent that removes water, CO2 and H2S from the flow of sour natural gas while minimizing the formation of COS. It also adsorbs light mercaptans.
It is also commonly used to separate paraffin and isoparaffin.
Production of high-purity N2, O2, H2 and inert gases from mixed gas streams.

Regeneration
